PCC Folks, I will take a trip back to Georgia the second weekend of April. Amanda, a friend of mine and avid kayaker, offered to help organize and guide a trip down the Chattooga, her home river where she paddles all the time. She said she can also help find places to camp and connect us to others in the local paddling scene. It's a spectacularly beautiful river with terrific rapids - but also has a much calmer upper section. Should you potentially be interested in paddling with me on the Chattooga and maybe other rivers close by or on the way down (like the Nantahala), shoot me an email at striepen@upenn.edu. Boris
This is section III: https://www.americanwhitewater.org/content/River/view/river-detail/475/main Section II is very mellow and section IV has bigger rapids. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IoGFUmZcC-s
