Rework temporary boat rack
Beach Restoration to improve ability to launch and land boats. Build Beach by removing rocks and silt at the point.
Rake Lawn and maintain beds.
Carefully weed beds.
Pickup trash by location.
Confluence Cleanup
Clear driveway drain, fill holes at top of driveway, rake to improve drainage.
Clear out both lower levels
Inspect, Prepare, fill, prime and paint interior and exterior of all windows
Rehang porch gutter over steps to drain away from building.
Stablize Banister to upper floor. Inspect steps
Repair Kitchen Ceiling above closet
Label Electrical Panels. Create service logs where needed (eg. Fire Extinguishers
Patch Top Roof (muck and tape) - Clean Gutters.
Inspect Chain Shed Roof and Framing.
Repair latch on lower toilet door
Repair Exterior Front Door Sidewalk Install Anchors on service pipes add concrete to sidewalk at front door.
Repair Fascia on Chain Shed
Install plexiglass in Bilge Windows
Repair Upstairs Bathroom Cold Water Faucet and/or sink.
Stone Shed Doors - Repair doorframe (right side mostly). Patch bottoms of existing doors instead of replacing them.
Fireplace Support and operation.
