Our Thursday evenings paddles offer an opportunity to paddle recreational kayaks out of the Philadelphia Canoe Club.
We start at 5:30, However, we ask you arrive at least 15-20 minutes early for a pre-paddle preparations.
Club membership is not required. Boats, paddles, and life jackets will be available at the Canoe Club!
These paddles are a great opportunity to learn more about kayaking with PCC and explore the river.

Non- Members $30
PCC members- without ACA membership/ACA Insurance - $10
PCC member with active ACA membership/ACA Insurance - No charge
Things to know!
You are allowed you to bring your own equipment, but it must be inspected to meet Coast Guard Standards for safety.
Please bring cash or check - we can not accept digital payments or credit cards. Sorry !
Pre-registration required to gain a headcount and a waiting list.
Alcohol or drugs are not permitted at any time during the event ! We take water safety very seriously.
Fees and waivers will be collected at the event.
Please print and pre-fill out your waiver in advance!
AMERICAN CANOE ASSOCIATION WAIVER
There is always the chance you may get wet. We recommend comfortable athletic attire or bathing suit. ABSOLUTELY NO COTTON CLOTHING! Bringing a towel and a change of clothes.
Event will cancel in severe weather, or unsafe (high or low) river level.
Note: We run a waiting list for these paddles so if you are enrolled and find yourself unable to attend - PLEASE CANCEL YOUR REGISTRATION IN ADVANCE OF THE SCHEDULED PADDLE so others can be notified.
