KAYAK - RECREATIONAL Intro (1-Day)

INTRODUCTION TO RECREATIONAL KAYAKING

8:30 am to 4:00 pm

Instructor: Forrest Mayo

This course is designed for beginners, no experience necessary. Students will learn about equipment, strokes, boat control and safety. 

Please do not wear cotton. Swim suits under shorts and tee shirts (not cotton), closed toed shoes (no sandals) and a brim hat for sun. Things to bring: drinking water in plastic bottle, lunch, snacks. sunblock, change of clothes and personal items. Lunch will be on the lawn at the canoe club.
