Partnership Paddle with Bartram's Garden

PCC welcomes our friends from the tidal Schuylkill to explore upriver.  Bartram's Garden hosts a fleet of recreational kayaks and a dedicated  group of volunteers who make the river accessible to neighbors in southwest Philadelphia.  Come enjoy exploring the area between Falls Bridge and the cascade where the Wissahickon flows into the  Schuylkill on a 2-3 mi loop paddle.  Bring warm clothes and layers including a waterproof/rain jacket layer if possible. Kayaks are all sit-inside kayaks but you may still have a wet seat. We'll plan for warm drinks at the club when we get back.

Paddlers must be Bartram's volunteers or Canoe Club members/candidate members interested in connecting with our fellow Philadelphia paddlers. Please sign ACA waivers in advance.
