Trash Cleanup 

This Saturday

April, 15th - 10am - 1pm. 

In partnership with Philadelphia Water Department. 

If you have never experienced a cleanup on a large scale this is your chance to be part of something awesome!

We will be cleaning UNDER the I-76 bridges across the river from the Philadelphia Canoe Club.

We ask volunteers should arrive early for our safety meeting and general notes at 10am.

DRIVING & PARKING (specifics are still in the works)

Even though all businesses have been notified of our event parking may be limited. Volunteers are encouraged to car pool or park at the Manayunk Regal Movie Theater and walk across the Pencoyd Bridge.

!!!! Please obey all no parking signs and do NOT park in the private garage that belongs to The Yard at Pencoyd Landing !!!!

Manayunk Access: 

Due to construction in the area Pencoyd Bridge in Manayunk is closed to vehicles. Volunteers are allowed to park in the Manayunk movie theater parking lot, and walk across the bridge. Then follow the walking path up river (past condo apartments) to the cleanup location. Roughly 1/2 mile/ 10 minute walk.

You are encouraged to wear comfortable shoes and outdoor work clothing. 

Cleanup supplies are provided!
