Potluck w/ Confidence in Speaking and Meditation

This is an opportunity to gather and get to know other paddlers in the community.  If you're able to bring some food to share that's welcome, but not a requirement. 

Not only is Laura an active paddler but also a theater artist who is happy to share tools anyone can use in work, social get togethers, or even your presentations in PCC meetings. Connect to your natural voice using tenets of the Linklater method. Learn how to be present and access your confidence through meditation, light yoga, and a little bit of silliness!
