PCC Members! Come spend the evening with the rest of the PCC, sharing stories, awarding fellow paddlers for the year's accomplishments, and the installation of the new Board. This is an event not to be missed! Remember, this is also the time of year to roast your fellow club member for the foibles of the past paddling season! The Date is January 18, 2020, the time is 5:00 to 10:00 pm cost is $25 per person.
The Annual Members Banquet will be prepared by our very own Henry Bartechko and Linda Gaylon.
This year's menu will include:
Smoked Brisket with Au Jus: Beef brisket slow smoked served with Au Jus
Grilled Chicken Thighs: Chicken thighs grilled with garlic and Italian herbs
Eggplant Parmgiana: Breaded eggplant baked in a homemade tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese
Citrus Herb Steel Head Trout: Baked Steel head trout glazed with a Citrus Sage sauce
Balsamic Dijon Fried Brussels Sprouts: Brussels sprouts deep fried then tossed in a Balsamic Dijon sauce
Smoked Paprika and Garlic Green Beans: Crispy Green Beans sauteed in Spanish Smoked Paprika and Garlic
Sweet Potatoes Hash with Goat Cheese: Sweet Potato hash baked to perfection with goat cheese and herbs
Creamy Risotto Lobster and Crab: Creamy risotto prepared with succulent lobster and crab meat
Fresh Frisee Salad tossed with pomegranate and goat cheese
Cheese, salami and olive platter
Bring a dessert or appetizer to share, and beverages as desired.
It's also time to 'Bagel' your fellow paddlers. You can include your Bagel nominations in your event registration.
RSVP required, so we can know who is coming and who is volunteering to help. You can register online. Payment can be made via Pay-Pal or a check made out to Philadelphia Canoe Club.
