Please join personal trainer, licensed massage therapist and downstream paddler Jen Williams as she helps us get back in shape for paddling season! Jen will take us all through a short warm up and show us why TRX is a great way to cross train for your time out on the water. We will be focusing on improving balance, as well as learning exercises that target the core, shoulders and back using the TRX system. TRX is a simple multi-purpose piece of equipment and there will be exercises that are accessible to all strength levels. We hope to see you there!
